You are welcome to come and meet some of the herbal garden’s protagonists, and learn how we can get an impression of their character and personality through organoleptic means. Tea-tasting techniques aim at training as much the perception capacity of our organs that come into contact with the outside world, as our capacity to tune into our body.  The process has a healing as well as educational character on herbal medicine. With time and training on herbal tea-tasting, we reach a point where we can better understand plants, but also their influence on us.

Tea-tasting workshops include insights into the biochemistry of the plants we use and also the process of making herbal teas, clarifying obscurities and allowing us to make the most of the healing capacity of herbal teas.
