Services, lessons and products provided through Aurama.gr are not refundable, unless explicitly stated in this policy or in the product or service description.
Products
Product returns are possible only under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receipt
- The product is sealed in its original packaging
- The product has not been used
- The product is not damaged, stained, or spoiled
When a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty and Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.

Services, Lessons and Activities
Refunds for services, lessons and activities may be partially available depending on cancellation terms and applicable administration fees.
Consultations and Private Sessions: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 30% of the full amount.
Group Workshops: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 15 days in advance. A 20% administration fee applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 40% of the full amount.
Group Retreats: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 20 days in advance. A 20% administration fee applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 40% of the full amount.
Private Retreats: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 20 days in advance. A 20% administration fee applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 40% of the full fee.
