How plants are used in herbal medicine
In herbal medicine we may use the whole plant or plant parts, namely the roots, leaves, flowers, bark, seeds, stems and fruit, but also resins, sprouts and bulbs, which are used and processed depending on the plant, the plant part and the condition we want to treat.
