Booking information

Herbal medicine consultations, workshops and retreats can be booked directly through our website, via email or phone call; all other services can be booked via email or phone call. Bookings are complete either when the full amount is received, or with a deposit of 30% of the total fee and the remaining 70% paid on the day of your arrival. Retreats require a deposit of 40%. Aurama services represent a wealth and depth of knowledge, energy input and time dedicated; activities offer premium ingredients and recipes and a transformational experience that will hopefully have a positive impact on you beyond our time together. Spots are limited and your deposit ensures your place is reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations and private sessions: You can request new dates or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance free of charge. Late cancellations or non-shows will be charged with the booking fee of 30% of the full amount.

Group workshops: you can request new dates or cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance. A 10% administration fee will be charged. Late cancellations or non-shows will be charged with the booking fee of 30% of the full amount.

Group Retreats: you can request new dates or cancel your booking up to 15 days in advance. An administration fee of 15% will be charged. Late cancellations or non-shows will be charged with the booking fee of 40% of the full amount.

Private Retreats: you can request new dates or cancel your booking up to 15 days in advance. An administration fee of 20% will be charged. Late cancellations or non-shows will be charged with the booking fee of 40% of the full fee.
