Workshops

Aurama workshops aim at the experience of the therapeutic value of reconnecting with nature and ourselves by embracing the wisdom of herbal medicine and yoga, and by acquiring a sense of ‘belonging’ in the history of landscape and life evolution. Learning, reflection and hands-on experience embody our holistic approach to health and well being. We learn how to incorporate healing practices to our everyday life and, thus, improve our quality of life. We nourish body, mind, soul and spirit, we awaken our senses, open our horizons. Knowledge is power, so by learning and feeling what benefits and what harms us we obtain the power to influence or even control our life. Workshops may be of general interest in holistic therapy or more specialized, they may also be independent or part of a holistic healing seminar. They are characterised by a spirit of truthfulness, co-operation, but also contemplation. In Paradeisos we keep a small amount of participants up to 8?.
